Franchise brand Saladworks is expanding to Dallas-Fort Worth with its first two locations set to open early Summer 2018 at Gateway Plaza in Southlake and Fort Worth's Citadel complex. The fast-casual salad franchise applied data analytics to gain greater insight into market demographics, unveiling the region's ripe opportunity for expansion as population increase drives big demand.
Said Sugrue to the Fort Worth Business Press, “I find [D-FW] is kind of like they say about going on Broadway, ‘If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere,’” Sugrue said. “For us, D-FW is so important because if we can compete and demonstrate a relevance of our menu and our service model and our brand in D-FW, I feel very good about where else we can take this brand.”
To open a Saladworks, the start-up costs range from $498,089 to $592,190.
